Life Warmer’s breakthrough technology platform enables highly portable, point of care infusion warming. To the clinician, the technology is virtually invisible and best described as IV tubing which “magically heats itself.”
This leap forward warming architecture truly enables normothermic infusion as easily as conventional, yet sub-optimal ambient temperature infusion.
The platform works as a stand-alone device with a power control unit and unique disposable infusion set. Or, the control unit platform can be integrated into existing related medical devices such as cardiac monitors or infusion pumps. Expanding the capabilities and consolidating life saving technologies across the continuum of care.
Next up in the pipeline will be an enhancement to the platform which will be utilized for rapidly cooling intravenous fluids. Enabling point of care induction of therapeutic hypothermia, an expanding intervention for neurological recovery and post cardiac arrest survivors.
Because of their size, flexibility, and power utilization, these technologies are set to totally shatter existing paradigms and dramatically improve patient outcomes and costs.
